Refund and Returns Policy
At Sehat Ka Saathi, we take great care to ensure your products are delivered in perfect condition. However, since our products are health and wellness consumables, we follow a strict No Return/Refund Policy once the product is opened or used, for safety and hygiene reasons.

 

Eligibility for Return/Replacement/Refund

 

You may request a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

 

Wrong Product Delivered – You received an item different from your order.

 

Damaged/Defective Product – The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.

 

Expired Product – You received a product that is past its expiry date.

 

Important: Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions

 

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

 

The product has been opened, unsealed, or used.

 

The product is returned without its original packaging, invoice, or labels.

 

The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.

 

No valid proof (video/photo) is provided to support the claim.

 

Proof Required

 

To process a return/refund, you must provide:

 

An unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the package.

 

The video must clearly show the condition, packaging, and the issue.

 

Without this proof, we cannot approve a return or refund.

 

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

 

To request a return, replacement, or refund, email us at mail.sehatkasaathi@gmail.com

 within 24 hours of delivery, with the following details:

 

Your Order Number

 

The Reason for return/replacement

 

The Unboxing video and a clear photo showing the product and batch number

 

Do not send anything back without our confirmation. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Pickup & Processing

 

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 4–7 days.

 

Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

 

Refund Process & Timelines

 

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.

 

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer. Customers must provide their bank details by email.

 

Please allow an additional 2–3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Product Availability for Replacement

 

Replacements depend on stock availability.

 

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
