Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy
At Sehat Ka Saathi, we take great care to ensure your products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that:
The product is damaged during transit,
There’s a manufacturing defect, or
You’ve received a wrong item,
we are happy to offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the package.
Returns or replacements will not be accepted for any other reasons once the order has been processed and delivered.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return, replacement, or refund, email us at mail.sehatkasaathi@gmail.com with the following details:
Your Order Number
The Reason for return or replacement
A clear photo of the product showing the batch number, along with a copy of the invoice
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 4–7 days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the returned items are unused and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Refund Process & Timelines
For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking), refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer based on the account details you provide via email.
Please allow an extra 2–3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important Conditions for Returns
We only accept returns if:
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original box
Packaging is intact with no damage or tampering
All labels, instructions, and barcodes are included
Used or damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and delivery details at mail.sehatkasaathi@gmail.com.
Product Availability for Replacement
Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued instead.
