📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹60 will be applied.

Note: Cart value for free shipping eligibility is calculated after applying any discounts or coupon codes.

• Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing.

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During festive seasons or unforeseen events (e.g. lockdowns), processing and delivery may take longer.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural areas may require additional delivery time.

We ship via trusted third-party courier services, including:
Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Blue Dart, ATS, and others, to ensure timely and safe delivery to your doorstep.

Order Cancellations

📩 Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at mail.sehatkasaathi@gmail.com.
Orders can only be cancelled before processing and dispatch. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Sehat Ka Saathi reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at its sole discretion. By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept this policy and not dispute our final decision.

❌ Cancellation by Sehat Ka Saathi

Sehat Ka Saathi reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• The product is listed at an incorrect price

• There are issues with stock availability

• There is a payment or verification issue

If your order is cancelled, and payment has already been made, a 100% refund will be processed, and you will be notified via email.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to reasons such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Recipient unavailable

• Contact details not reachable

Any additional charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

• Coupons are valid for a limited time only and may be modified or revoked by Sehat Ka Saathi at any time without prior notice.

• Coupons are only valid on sehatkasaathi.com and apply to qualifying items sold and shipped directly by us.

• They cannot be used on third-party marketplaces or external platforms.

• Only one coupon per customer is permitted.

• If you return a product purchased using a coupon, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund.

• Shipping and handling charges apply as per our standard policy.

• Coupons are void where prohibited by law.

• Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on purchases made using a coupon.

• Sehat Ka Saathi assumes no liability for tax payments related to the distribution or use of any coupon.
